The Weld Coordinator facilitates all production in the cell, staging raw materials and parts for two to four welders to ensure smooth workflow in accordance with the production schedule. This individual works with the welders to maximize weld time while producing quality products. The Welding Coordinator also inspects products during and after the production process to ensure they comply with the provided drawings and meet quality standards.

  • Moving raw material and parts to and from welders, leak check technicians, braiders, and wrappers

  • Identifying potential problems and errors with BOMs or Ios, and communicating with Zone Leader or Production Supervisor to ensure prompt resolution

The Value Stream Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations, implement process, and provide shop floor leadership to hourly associates. This position will be a production leader of the Brazil manufacturing site in Crane’s growing Cryogenic business. As a manager, this role will provide direction and coaching in a manufacturing and assembly environment that is focused on safety, quality, delivery, and profitable growth. The CBS (Crane Business Systems) Manager will serve as the main administrator, liaison, and driver of all CBS & EHS activities along with leveraging the team’s skills to develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods along with providing environmental, health, safety, and security leadership at the CRANE ChemPharma & Energy Brazil, IN location. Individual is accountable for providing expertise for EHS activities to the site including hands-on participation; evaluating and clarifying EHS objectives and targets with Site Leadership; assuring closure of related action Items on a timely basis; supporting Site Leadership during crises; creating a strong EHS culture that engages associates.

This role will assist in the coordination and development of the organization’s roadmap, ensure the Site Continuous Improvement Center is maintained, and that results are clearly communicated to management. The CBS Manager will ensure that the kaizen schedule, results, and updates are loaded into SharePoint in a timely manner and ensure that consistent follow-up and follow-through occur for each event.

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading innovation, engineering, and design initiatives within the fast-growing cryogenic market as part of Technifab’s strategy to grow in Energy Transition space. The candidate will manage a local engineering team to successfully support existing products within the cryogenic portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with Business Line Managers, Sourcing, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to manage projects effectively while mitigating risks to timely and thorough completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying the appropriate project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to deliver results at optimal costs that deliver a competitive advantage in the marketplace. The position will also act as the lead and owns all aspects of a project such as specifications clarification, maximizing value proposition for the customers, establishing schedules, securing resources, and driving accountability to meaningful execution. Additionally, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for implementing continuous improvements on an ongoing basis. The position will report to the Site Leader, and be located in Brazil, IN.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence the organization and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Good material science knowledge, e.g. in steels, castings, plastics, elastomers and proven expertise in the application of such knowledge.
